director of design
Throughout 2023-24 I carried the role of director of design where I led design and Figma focused workshops for beginner designers, and managed designers, over looked their sprints and organized group design critiques. I stayed updating the rest of the board of the designers work and their efforts in carrying out their work in their project teams, ensuring high-quality project designs.
ux designer
As well as being director, I balanced the role of being a UX Designer for 3 years at H4I. I collaborated with non-profits to build impactful software and enhance websites. I designed intuitive user flows, created low-fidelity wireframes, and developed interactive prototypes using Figma. I was instrumental in planning sprints and analyzing user feedback to ensure the delivery of user-centric web applications that effectively supported these organizations.
