About tilliSoftware
A simple way to manage bills, payments, and financial tools
TilliSoftware is a fintech company that helps businesses and people manage payments, invoices, and billing in a simple and secure way. Its products include TilliX, Monay, and Nudge. Each one is built to make it easier for users to track bills, pay on time, and stay organized. TilliSoftware works with utility providers, service platforms, and everyday users to make financial tasks more efficient and less overwhelming.
Context
A full-site refresh to match a growing product ecosystem.
TilliSoftware builds financial tools that help people and businesses pay bills, track invoices, and automate payments. These are across their products like tilliX, tilliPay, and Nudge. But the old website didn’t reflect much of that.
It was outdated, hard to navigate, and gave little context about what the company actually offered. As the product suite grew, the site stayed static. I stepped in to redesign the website from the ground up, reworking the structure, visuals, and tone to feel as sharp and scalable as the tools behind it.
The Designs

The Original Hero Page
The old homepage was copy-heavy, visually flat, and lacked a clear product story. Layout repetition, vague messaging, and low visual hierarchy made it difficult for users to quickly understand what TilliSoftware offered or take meaningful action.

My Design
The redesigned Hero Page
Simplified the navigation bar by reorganizing links and aligning them with user priorities.
Designed the banner into an announcement area using bold gradient styling that aligns with the rest of the hero.
Used gradients, soft shadows, and consistent spacing to create a clean, modern aesthetic that feels unified across the hero, nav, and product visuals.
Improved vertical rhythm and spacing for better readability and flow. Layout spacing improved for better readability
Pricing Calculator

As part of the redesign, I designed an interactive savings calculator to help users estimate how much they could save with Tilli based on their customer base, billing behavior, and current costs. The form walks users through a few simple steps and generates a live savings total with a downloadable summary.
It adds a layer of transparency and personalization that’s often missing from competitor sites.
Developers Documentation

The old documentation pages
The layout doesn’t guide users clearly or support a focused entry point
Messaging is dense and not tailored to a technical audience
Visuals and spacing lack cohesion, making the page feel unfocused

The redesigned documentation pages
To support technical users, I also designed a developer portal that introduces the Tilli APIs, guides users through key setup flows, and highlights integration options. The layout focuses on clarity, readability, and quick access to resources, helping devs onboard faster with minimal friction.
The Solution and Impact
A clean, structured site that introduces tilliSoftware with clarity and confidence.
I redesigned the marketing site to be modular, brand-aligned, and easy to maintain—while giving each product its own voice within a unified system.
This meant:
A bold, clear homepage that introduces TilliSoftware’s full product suite
Structured product pages that explain each tool without overwhelming visitors
A visual system that feels modern, but not cold
Flexible CMS setup so the team can keep the site fresh without engineers
The result: a site that finally reflects where the company is—and where it’s going.
Competitor Anaylasis
Finding the balance between enterprise-grade and human.
I studied leading SaaS and fintech brands like Stripe, Ramp, Paddle, and Adyen. My goal was to understand how they:
Break down complex platforms into simple stories
Use visual hierarchy and motion to guide attention
Balance white space and clarity to feel confident—not crowded

Reflection
This project has been one of the most rewarding parts of my time at Tilli. As the only designer, I led the entire redesign process — from shaping the structure to defining the visual direction — while working closely with the software engineers bringing it to life.
It wasn’t always easy designing solo. Without a full design team, I had to trust my instincts, communicate clearly, and stay flexible as things shifted. But every time the engineers share their progress, it’s exciting to see the vision come to life, piece by piece.
Even before launch, this project has reminded me how fulfilling it is to work on something real, collaborative, and built to make an impact.‧₊˚ ✩
