the problem
Edu-Futuro needs a service delivery management system to automate tasks like matching services with service recipients/beneficiaries.
Currently, the organization tracks the delivery of its services by manually entering data into Excel spreadsheets and also using a management program called Apricot. They lack both security to secure the beneficiaries' data and a single platform solution to make finding and storing information simple.
my solution
Designing an efficient web portal used to facilitate service administration by auto-assigning service-requesting users to dedicated service providers.

Using Figma, we outlined + designed the initial prototype inspired by Edu-Futuro’s executive board’s interview that covered their desires & tested various section placements.
the style guide 👩🏻🎨

I created a style guide to ensure uniformity in the application and help the developers to a clearer CSS code + brand style with everything from design to writing.
The goal of my designs for Edu-Futuro is to effectively serve their community, and this guide not only standardizes visual aspects but also makes sure that the user experience stays consistent, accessible, and user-centered. 🖌️
